30-Day Exchange & Return Policy

At Fierce Fusion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.  

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To start the process, please email us at info@thefiercefusion.com within 24 hours of deciding you want to return or exchange an item. In your email, clearly state whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, please also specify the desired size. We will check the availability of the requested size.

For all returns and exchanges within the 30-day window, please provide the following information in your email to help us process your request efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • A brief summary of the reason for the return or exchange (including images if there is a defect)
  • Confirmation that the item is in its original packaging with all original tags and logos intact.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is in stock, we will process the exchange upon receipt of the original item. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated via email within 24 hours of receiving your order and the item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and logos intact. Items returned without the original tags will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage not due to a manufacturing defect, or is not returned in its original condition.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items solely based on personal taste or dislike of the product. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and images before making your purchase.

Return Shipping:

  • If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., incorrect size ordered by the customer), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow [Number] business days for the refund to appear in your account.  

 

Cancellation of Orders:

Requests to cancel an order must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is confirmed within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

For cancellations requested after 24 hours but before shipment, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our standard return policy upon receiving the item. The 25% cancellation fee and original shipping charges will apply.

Size Issues:

Please carefully review our size guide before purchasing. If you believe you have received an incorrectly sized item (different from what you ordered), please contact us at info@thefiercefusion.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you.

If the size you ordered does not fit according to our size guide (runs small or large), please email us at info@thefiercefusion.com within the 30-day return window, and we will work with you on a possible exchange or return (subject to the conditions outlined above).
